Refund policy
At J’Dore, our goal is to provide you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. In the interest of fairness and sustainability, we have established clear policies regarding exchanges and returns. We kindly ask that you review these guidelines carefully prior to placing your order.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@jdore.in.
General:
- · Kindly note that we do not provide refunds in cash or to the original payment method. Any approved refunds will be issued exclusively as a Store Credit, which can be used toward future purchases - redeemable on all products for 12 months.
- · All items purchased during sales or using discount codes are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
· An unpacking video is required to report any missing items. Once the video is submitted along with the return request, our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and, if approved, arrange for the missing/ replacement for defective product to be shipped.
Damaged or Defective item
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of delivery and ensure that an unpacking video is recorded. The request will be processed once we have verified the issue on our end.
Upon approval:
- You have to ship the product back to us within 1-3 days.
- You will either receive a replacement (if available in stock) or a refund, issued as store credit or to your original payment method.
Size & Fit Issues
For size or fit-related returns or exchanges, please submit a request within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, you have to ship the product back to us within 1-3 days.
After we receive the product:
- If the requested size is available, we will send the replacement.
- If the size is unavailable, Store Credit will be issued for the product value, less any applicable shipping charges.
Processing Time
- Exchange Orders: In case of size/ fit issues and defective item replacement, once we receive your item, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds: If approved, your refund will be transferred to your Store Credit within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
